5 Natures Movies International is pleased to announce that the romantic supernatural feature film, A Beautiful Breakup, will release in cinemas worldwide on 13 February.
Based on some true events, a couple’s final breakup getaway — planned as a peaceful, mutual farewell — takes an unexpected turn when an unseen presence within an isolated estate quietly reshapes their journey, drawing buried feelings into the open and challenging everything they believed about endings and letting go.
A Beautiful Breakup is set to captivate global audiences this Valentine’s week with its atmospheric storytelling, mystical undertones, and sweeping orchestral sound. With a majestic symphonic score by legendary composer ‘Maestro’ Ilaiyaraaja, recorded with the internationally renowned Bow Tie Orchestra, A Beautiful Breakup weaves cross-cultural romance with atmospheric suspense and emotional depth. The orchestral music subtly elevates the film’s tender moments and supernatural undertones, adding a sense of scale and resonance to the cinematic experience.
Directed by Ajithvasan Uggina (Vaasu Naan Pakka – commercial cinema), a highly accomplished Indian filmmaker with over two decades of experience, the film marks his English-language debut. He has worked extensively as a director, screenwriter, and producer across various regional film industries in India, including Kollywood (Tamil), Tollywood (Telugu), and Bollywood (Hindi).
The film stars Matylda Bajer (Aghathiyaa, Raees, Kiranjit Kaur), who brings grace, nuance, and emotional strength to the narrative, alongside Thaksh, a London-based performer and storyteller, who makes his debut in a complex role demanding both vulnerability and intensity.
Drawing inspiration from events rooted in emotional truth, the film explores how relationships transform when confronted with fate, hidden memories, and the unseen. With visuals shot across the UK and India, the film brings together artists and technicians from multiple countries, reflecting a truly global filmmaking approach.
