Blumhouse-Atomic Monster, New Line Cinema and Dolby Cinemas at AMC are bringing the horror community together for the third annual Halfway to Halloween, this year going bigger than ever with a one-night premiere event for Lee Cronin’s The Mummy on April 16 at 7pm. For the first time in the event’s history, Halfway to Halloween will center on a brand-new theatrical release, screening exclusively in Dolby Cinema across 183 AMC Theatres locations in 47 cities nationwide. The evening’s premiere screening of Lee Cronin’s The Mummy is engineered to be experienced in Dolby’s full-precision audio and laser projection. This is the film the way it was made to be seen.

In its first two years, Halfway to Halloween brought horror fans back to the theater for beloved titles from the Blumhouse-Atomic Monster library. This year, the event marks a new chapter: a same-night, first-night premiere for one of the most anticipated horror films of 2026, screening simultaneously across the country in Dolby Cinema.
