SICK PUPPY Comes to Select Theaters & Digital on 5/22 From Dark Sky Films

Dark Sky Films brings Sick Puppy to theaters and VOD. A twisted, darkly comedic character study that flips the serial killer genre by focusing not on the killer, but on the woman who loves him will be available on May 22, 2026. Charlie is determined to reform her murderous husband, convincing him to trade violence for pottery in a desperate attempt at a normal life. But as denial, devotion, and buried instincts collide, her efforts spiral into something even more disturbing. Blending unsettling humor with emotional depth, the film explores how far someone will go for love—and the terrifying cost of excusing the unthinkable.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS:

Charlie loves her husband John, even though he is a serial killer. She’s been trying to get him to quit for years. When he finally does quit to protect her, she’s thrilled, but the police soon show up and threaten to upend their new suburban life.
