Rumor has it that Tyreese, a favorite character in the comic book series, will be joining “The Walking Dead” in episode 8 titled “Made To Suffer.”
I guess the series couldn’t have two muscular black men so that’s why they killed off T-dog?
The character of Tyreese debuts in issue 7 of the comic book series. It is revealed that Tyreese is a former pro NFL player who… Well, I don’t want to post any spoilers, just incase the Tyreese on the television series follows similar paths with the Tyreese in the comic book series. But, I will say Tyreese is one of the good guys.
Apparently, an actor by the name of Chad Coleman will be playing the role of Tyreese. Coleman has appeared in episodes of “Law & Order,” “Third Watch,” “Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles,” “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” and enjoyed long arcs on “The Wire” and “I Hate My Teenage Daughter.”
Can’t wait to see if a) “The Walking Dead” really adds a new character and b) how Tyreese will differ from the character in the comics.
