Dead Snow acquired by IFC Films
According to THR.com, IFC Films purchased U.S. distribution rights to the Norwegian horror-comedy “Dead Snow.” It premiered Saturday night in the Park City at Midnight section at the Egyptian Theatre, “where interest was high enough that people were turned away,” reports THR.com. Tommy Wirkola directed this film and I had posted the trailer on my blog earlier and thought it looked like a very promising flick. I guess I was not the only one that thought that! Hopefully it will get a release on the big screen and not go directly to video or pay-per-view like so many independent features do!
