Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash: The Nightmare Warriors has every bit as much flare and style as the original comic. Jason Craig’s phenomenal artwork, and James Kuhoric and Jeff Katz’s superb writing capture all the characters’ personalities perfectly, just like in the original comic. In this first of 6 issues, Ash and his girlfriend Carrie have resigned themselves to the peaceful, suburban life and Ash intends to keep it that way. Too bad Freddy and Jason have other plans…Freddy is dead set on having Jason destroy Ash once and for all, and knowing Jason, he’s not about to let anything or anyone get in his way.

Meanwhile, a member of the government, Director Russell wants to use the Necronomicon for everything from using deadites to fight wars, to using Freddy’s powers to kill terrorists in their dreams. Of course, the first issue only begins to scratch the surface of the whole story, and I personally CANNOT WAIT until issue #2! Throughout the comic, we get to meet new characters, and some old heroes from Freddy and Jason’s past make triumphant returns.
