Amateur ghost hunters are taking over the web! Have you ever wondered what would happen if any of these “hunters” found something really supernatural? We did and then made our own webseries about it called PHENOMENA: PROBING THE PARANORMAL. Exploring the humorous side of amateur paranormal investigations turns to shocking horror as our team stumbles from one misadventure to the next.
PHENOMENA: PROBING THE PARANORMAL, premiered on October 31, 2009. It also had an exclusive theatrical showing at Spooky Movie Festival (www.thespookymovie.com). PHENOMENA is a transmedia story told through a seven episode web-series and an interactive website (www.phenomenaseries.com). Produced by Iconograph, a U.S. based transmedia production company, PHENOMENA is a comical response to the overwhelming success of shows like GHOST HUNTERS, PARANORMAL STATE, GHOST ADVENTURES and others that ignited a surge in amateur, and sometimes inept, paranormal investigations.
