JABB pictures is set to release a one of a kind short film collection. The Collective will feature 10- 10 minute short films all based on the same synopsis.
We invited 10 independent horror filmmakers to participate in this unique project. The challenge was to create a 10 minute short film based on a predetermined synopsis.
There were only 2 rules, 1. Your film must be based on the synopsis chosen 2. Your film must be as close to 10 minutes as possible. That’s it. The rest was up to each filmmaker. The synopsis for Vol. 1 of The Collective is, A small town is caught in the clutches of The Meat Eater. Each filmmaker had to decide who or what this is. Though each film is based on the ‘The Meat Eater’, the story and characters in each film vary greatly. The films range from brutal to bizarre, with each filmmaker putting their own unique twist on the idea.
