Zombie Baseball Cards

You gotta love these Chicago Artists! I know a bunch personally and the majority of them are horror fans! So here is another one that just popped up on Twitter thanks to The AV Club!

Jeremy Scheuch Bio: Jeremy Scheuch hates talking about himself in the third person. He is an artist whose work has been featured on Threadless.com as a Select Series Artist; his work is in the permanent collection of the Brauer Museum. Growing up in Kansas, Jeremy graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2001.His imagery and inspiration are mined from magazines, celebrity blogs, vintage dictionaries, clip art, thrift stores and flea markets.

From the AV Club: Scheuch’s macabre baseball cards render the 1985 World Series roster of his hometown team—the Kansas City Royals—in typical undead fashion, complete with dripping blood and green-tinged skin. He also dabbled in portraits of a few other era-appropriate players, including Ryne Sandberg, Mike Schmidt, and Harold “Brains” Baines.
