With Its Festival Run Now Complete, the Horror Short Film is Set to Make Its Online Debut
“Pack A Bag, Quick!” a short film written and directed by Eric Williford is set to make its online premiere on November 1st, 2011. You can see it here.
Drawing influence from 70’s style Grindhouse horror films, the story centers on a young woman who must fight for survival after the city’s water supply has been contaminated. What starts off as a
simple trip to the gym, ends in a day of terror!
Director Eric Williford explained, “I love horror films. I wanted to do something that was fun and didn’t take itself too seriously. Because I’m such a fan of horror films, it was really important that the film delivered the goods!”
The film stars Sarah Elizabeth Starling, Kevin Coelho, Jeff Tompkins, and Paul Geantil.
“Working with Eric was a great experience. His vast knowledge of the genre really drove this film to excel artistically while keeping the audience thoroughly entertained.” says actor Kevin Coelho.
“Pack A Bag, Quick!” was an official selection to both the San Diego Film Festival and the Socal Film Festival in 2011.
Eric Williford is currently working on the feature length psychological thriller Natalies Lose Lose.
