Box Office numbers, DVD sales, and television viewership for the week of March 2 to March 8, 2012.
There’s a lot going on at The Box Office…for once. Ghost Rider remains strong, while Gone continues to underperform. Two new indie films – scifi-horror film Lost Woods and psychological thriller The Snowtown Murders – debut on the chart. Kill List re-emerges on the chart, seeing more than 100% increase in sales. The Darkest Hour and Innkeepers leave theaters this week.

I’m calling Transformers/Moon the movie that wouldn’t die. It has been bouncing off and rebounding on The DVD Top 30 Chart for weeks and just…refuses to die. The Thing remake and Dream House saw a very slight spot change, which means they will hang around a little longer too.
