Who’s the Picasso in “The Art of Killing”

What I find particularly interesting about this film is that the cast members still have no idea who the killer is, despite principal photography already being underway. You can throw The Art of Killing onto my anticipated list for its original killing concept. And, I mean, who doesn’t like a good, suspenseful slasher flick?

SYNOPSIS OF THE FILM:The story follows Alli Chambers (Jackie Pitts), a young high school student from a small town. Upon finding out that two of her classmates are brutally murdered she begins asking questions. Meanwhile, a detective from the neighboring town of Springwood, (Jeremy Rubio) tries to put the pieces together. He begins to realize that the murders are based on famous works of art.

ABOUT THE FILM AND CAST:Principal photography is already underway and our first weekend of shooting was phenomenal!! Our film is very unique, as every member of the cast are clueless as to whom the killer is. Any one of the cast members could be the killer but one will never know until the final hour. We have left out the final pages of the script so that each of our cast members can portray a more suspicious tone to their character. They have tried numerous times to guess, however, there’s no way that they know for sure! Our killer comes on set in full costume and is unable to interact with the rest of the cast until they are in the scene with that victim. Then they are shuttled off to another location, hidden from the rest of the cast until the next time they are asked to dawn the costume. This is a unique way of assuring the best amount of fear for our characters. How would you not be scared especially not knowing who is behind the mask!!!

There is no end in sight to the potential this project has, especially with your support.
