Eric “Unkle” Pigors of TOXIC TOONS needs your help!

As many of you horror fans know, Eric Pigors is a really great person whose artwork has made us smile, laugh out loud and even shout, “Oh, no, he didn’t!” while viewing a ghoulishly gross image in one of his books.

Eric has always supported friends in need by donating his items, no questions asked. I can attest to this, as he sent TONS of donations across the freakin’ country to help out at a benefit held by Horror Society for my own medical bills last year.

Well, the reaper has tried to mess with Pigors this time, and of course, failed! Eric survived a heart attack over Memorial Day Weekend, and a pretty intensive surgery as well. He is asking his fans to please reach out and help him as the medical bills will surely be outrageous (I am still drowning in mine, so I know that sick feeling!).

Again, whenever I’ve heard of a fundraiser in our horror community, there always seems to be Toxic Toons prints in the donation/raffle section. He lends his stuff out for free because he lives for horror, art and the people who thrive in it.

Please spread the word.
I truly hope his fans will reach out and support him in his time of need. His prints are pretty low-priced, his t-shirts are beyond cool and make great gifts, his books are filled with creepy fun and his masks… well, they’re just creepy.

Here is his personal account of what happened, how lucky he is to be alive, the way that you can help, and info on the show he can’t attend – but will have his prints for sale at the Haunted Mansion Tribute Group Art Show tonight in Burbank.
