We have yet another cool artwork reveal for an upcoming Scream Factory Blu-ray special edition. This time around, it’s for the very fun giant alligator film, Lake Placid. Look for the Blu-ray to be released in July. Check out the artwork down below.

Check out the new key art for our upcoming Collector’s Edition of the crocodile-chompin’ classic LAKE PLACID!
We wanted something humorous – but not over-the-top – for this dark comedy and artist Robert “Kung Fu Bob” O’Brien (making his Scream Factory debut with us) came through with this clever approach that went over very well here in the office. As always, the reverse side of the wrap will have the original theatrical poster which sports the big-open-reptile mouth that most remember.
The blu-ray release is planned for July and we’ll have full details on extras to report to you in May. Pre-order links on our site athttps://www.shoutfactory.com/screamfactory should appear in April in which a limited edition 18″ x 24″ poster of the art will be available exclusively through us with purchase of the combo.
Lake Placid was about a Crocodile NOT an Alligator. Actually they go as far to name the species as an Asian Pacific Crocodile.
