Death metal legends Obituary released their latest album entitled, “Inked In Blood” this past October via Relapse Records. The critically acclaimed album charted higher than any previous album of theirs. The band has released a bonus track of the rerecorded ‘Bloodsoaded’ from their classic album “Slowly We Rot”. Death metal legends OBITUARY released their Relapse debut Inked In Blood, this past October via Relapse Records. The record was met with critical acclaim and this week has cracked the Billboard Top 100 coming in at #75. This is OBITUARY’s highest chart number to date and sold almost 5 times as many copies of their 2009 release “Darkest Day”. Inked in Blood also came in at #8 on the Top Hard Music Chart and #15 on the Top Current Rock Chart. Internationally Inked in Blood came in at #56 in Germany (2nd Highest Chart Entrance in Band History), #81 in The Netherlands, #139 in Belgium, #174 in the UK and #65 in Switzerland.

In support of their new album the band will be touring extensively through North America and Europe throughout 2014 and 2015. The band’s North American run with Death (DTA) and Massacre begins tonight in Los Angeles, CA and runs through December 7th in Miami, FL.
