The First Circle is the first horror short film created by indie film makers Ryan Green and Josh Timbrell.
As an avid horror fan Ryan decided to study the psychological effects of sound in horror films for his degree dissertation, this lead to the creation of The First Circle. The entire film was filmed on location at Lupton House in Devon and was created by a small team of students with Josh Timbrell leading the cinematography and Ryan creating all the sound in post-production. The film follows a lost soul who’s journey quickly descends into darkness.
