CHICAGO! Come See Night of Something Strange and She Kills for FREE on Friday

Some Rising Talent is Coming to Gross You Out at Bucket O Blood

Horror Society is proud to present a double feature showcasing some of the best Rising Talent the genre has to offer today. We couldn’t have gotten luckier with two of the best reviewed movies of 2016. NIGHT OF SOMETHING STRANGE and SHE KILLS will screen this Friday, January 20th at 7pm back to back at Bucket O Blood Books and Records.

These are two of the grossest films I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. So if you’re in the mood for something disgusting, this night is for you. Some of the filmmakers behind both films are currently scheduled to attend. Night of Something Strange will start promptly at 7 and She Kills will follow at 8:45. Bucket O’ Blood Books and Records is located at 3182 N Elston Ave, Chicago, IL 60618.

From IMDB: Night of Something Strange is: “Teenage friends out for beach week get unexpectedly detoured to a isolated motel where a deadly STD virus now runs rampant, turning those infected into the living dead.”

From IMDB: She Kills is: “When Sadie’s husband is murdered by a vicious gang called “The Touchers”, she finds she possesses a strange hidden power to aid her in her quest for revenge. A homage to Grindhouse/exploitation pictures of the 1970’s.”

Make sure to stop by early to shop around at one of the coolest stores in the world for genre fans! There will be a donation bar all night and the party is BYOB as well. In between the films, we will have some fun giveaways that you definitely don’t want to miss out on. Big thanks to the filmmakers and SRS Cinema for letting us screen the films!
