Michael DeFellipo Releases Debut Novella ‘One Long Night.’

Horror Society senior editor Michael DeFellipo released his debut novella on July 17, 2017. The 36 page horror-drama managed to chart in the Top 60 short stories in its category on Amazon and is currently available for only $0.99 on Kindle and the Kindle App on Smartphones. Released through Amazon’s Direct Publishing platform and DeFellipo’s own Shillow Productions, One Long Night can be found in all countries and territories.

“I’ve wanted to take a stab at writing and being an author for a while now, but going forth with a full length novel was quite the daunting task,” DeFellipo states. “Fortunately, I have a thumb-drive full of short film scripts that never made it to production for a number of reasons and I came to the conclusion that One Long Night would be the easiest to adapt to novella form and release during the summer months.”

Filled with violence, sex, drug use, drama and supernatural horror, One Long Night follows two college buddies who take a trip to Atlantic City to enjoy a night of gambling. The routine adventure is met with devastating consequences as a centuries old curse unleashes a vengeful predator into the crowds of casino patrons. The duo find themselves face to face with pure evil in a night when something more important will be wagered – their lives. Place your bets in this exciting, humorous and unsettling tale.

One Long Night was edited by Nick LaMantia of Nickel 17 Productions and the cover art was hand drawn by Manny Serrano of Mass Grave Pictures. They are most known for short film Soliloquy and old school slasher Blood Slaughter Massacre, respectively.
