Seth Breedlove Readies New Documentary ‘The Flatwoods Monster.’

The next documentary from director Seth Breedlove and Small Town Monsters is in the can and aiming for an April 6, 2018 release. The new feature comes on the heels of incredibility educational Invasion on Chestnut Ridge and enthralling, frightening Mothman of Point Pleasant.

The Flatwoods Monster takes a look at the late 40’s/early 50’s flying saucer reports generated out of Flatwoods, West Virginia. The documentary will examine how these real life events spawned a legend that has lasted for decades, and developed one of the most recognizable alien figures of all time. And, in true Small Town Monsters form, other creepy legends surrounding the area will be explored.

The Flatwoods Monster features cinematography from Zachary Palmisano, stop motion from Santino Vitale, and original scores from Brandon Dalo.

The recently unveiled one-sheet was designed by Sam Shearon, with forthcoming alternative posters by Mark Randall and Brandon Scalf.

Previous Small Town Monsters documentaries include Minerva Monster and Boggy Creek Monster.
