HOME ADDS FRANCOIS ARNAUD AND NEWCOMER CHRISTIAN CONVERY
Los Angeles/ Montreal, August 15, 2019: Horror feature HOME attaches rest of lead cast!
Francois Arnaud, who played opposite Jeremy Irons in Showtime’s The Borgias and stars on NBC’s Midnight Texas, is JARED. Arnaud broke out on the international scene at Cannes’ Director’s Fortnight with his award-winning performance in Xavier Dolan’s I KILLED MY MOTHER. He is joined by newcomer and rising star Christian Convery, who plays ALEX. Christian recently wrapped the lead role in Hulu’s pilot SWEET TOOTH for Team Downey; stars in the upcoming Disney+ series Pup Academy and Andy Fickman’s Paramount feature PLAYING WITH FIRE opposite John Cena, John Leguizamo and Keegan-Michael Key.
Arnaud and Convery join Schitt’s Creek actress Emily Hampshire to the cast of HOME, currently in production.
HOME is directed and produced by award-winning genre-festival darling Adam O’Brien of Delirium Pictures, produced by Philip Kalin-Hajdu, who penned the original script, and Benoit Beaulieu, who also serves as Director of Photography. O’Brien won the Emerging Talent Award at the 2014 Fantasia Film Festival and the Directorial Discovery Award at the 2014 Rhode Island International Horror Film Festival.
Recently, Kalin-Hajdu co-wrote and produced award-winning feature GAME OF DEATH, which had its world premiere at SXSW ’17 before a major festival run. He is also producer on lauded, groundbreaking web-series YidLife Crisis.
Beaulieu produced Sundance’15 and SXSW audience award winner TURBO KID.
HOME is a psychological horror film that sees Meredith (Hampshire), her husband Jared (Arnaud) and son Alex (Convery) face unspeakable terror in the wake of a family tragedy.
