Cute Little Buggers has caught my attention for three reasons. First, it’s the first creature feature to tackle bunny-like creatures since Night of the Lepus in 1972. Secondly, I have a soft spot for bad creature features with CGI monsters. Finally, science fiction queen Caroline Munro has a supporting role in this and I’m a huge fan of hers. I can’t wait until Cute Little Buggers is released in the UK, America, and everywhere else!
Cute Little Buggers is written by Garry Charles and Andy Davie and directed by Tony Jopia. Cast members include Munro, Dani Thompson, Gary Martin, Kristofer Dayne, David G. Robinson, John R. Walker, Angela Holmes, Steve Aaron-Sipple, and more!
“From the Director of ‘DEADTIME’ and ‘Crying Wolf’ comes Cute Little Buggers! Will you let them take our women? It’s Gremlins meets Hot Fuzz set in the English countryside. When hostile aliens crash land on local farmland the villagers at the summer ball get suspicious when young women start going missing. The villagers soon band together around our hero Melchoir to fend off the invaders and bring back peace to the sleepy English countryside! B-movie laughs in this creature feature from director Tony Jopia.”
