California-based road warriors EXMORTUS — whose new album, “Ride Forth,” just debuted at #12 on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart — will continue to showcase their “neoclassical Euro-shred” (Revolver) on a just-announced North American spring tour supporting viking legends Amon Amarth.
Frontman Conan proclaimed, “I am beyond stoked to tour alongside such renowned viking warriors! Always loved their work and image. Amon Amarth is the elvish name of Mount Doom in Lord of the Rings and I’m a huge Tolkien fan, so I’m sure we’ll get along great.”
