Horror Sales: DVD explosion and returning television shows

Nothing new at The Box Office. The Devil Inside is a certified hit, despite all the bad reviews.

A lot is going on at the DVD Top 30 chart. Contagion debuts at #1, Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark debuts at #9, and Shark Night 3D debuts at #22. Green Lantern also re-emerges on the chart for some reason at #26. Horror and scifi films actually take the spots of 1/3 of the chart this week.

Every show is pretty much back in action as far as horror/scifi shows go. Alcatraz pulling in great numbers for the premiere. Grimm hit a season low, but I still think the network is trying to kill it anyway. Lost Girl also debuted to awesome numbers. Give all the shows a look over. Maybe you’ll find something that interests you.
