On Tuesday, April 21st I announced that scifi-horror film The Encounter would be releasing to all VOD and DVD platforms beginning on June 2nd. Attached in the press release was a large amount of stills, but I only chose to share some of them then because I wanted to let you guys get more than one look at the upcoming feature from Uncork’d Entertainment. The Encounter is written and directed by Robert Conway, whose last film – Exit to Hell – starred Kane Hodder and Tiffany Shepis. In The Encounter things start out normal when Colin Bastrow is camping with his wife and friends but an inexplicable event occurs resulting in Colin being found naked and cold in the forest the next day with no sign of his wife and friends. Colin can’t recount these events initially but they come back to him over time in shocking fashion. Can he remember before the same happens to others?
