I’ve had a lot on my plate the last week or so. Dealing with the house fire was bad enough but dealing with the insurance is a nightmare. To make matters worse, I am now tasked with cleaning out all of our belongings and sorting through what we can keep or what was damaged by the fire and the fire department. After a few days or packing up my movie collection, sorting the house, and arguing with my insurance company I needed something fun to watch.
I wasn’t in the mood for a horror flick so I tossed in Vinegar Syndromes release of Babyface 2. I had never seen this one before but I knew it was about to get sleazy! Thank you Vin Syn for sending this one my way.
**Spoiler Alert**The film follows a group of women who are getting together for a bachelorette party and invite a male stripper. This unusual stripper starts off on the wrong foot but soon summons the power of Aphrodite and the women turn ravenous with sexual tension. They rip their clothes off and an orgy ensues. Before long their boyfriends hears from one of their friends that was snooping that there is an orgy and decide to crash the party where they fall victim to Aphrodite’s power.**Spoiler Alert**
I had no idea what I was getting myself into with Babyface 2. I knew it was adult content but I was not expecting it to be as fun as it was. In fact, this is probably one of the better sleaze flicks in Vin Syn’s catalogue.
The acting in this one was great for the most part. When the scene had dialogue the cast did a solid job with it. They really got into their characters and the humor fell like it should. This can’t be said for the scenes with sex. The acting was awkward here but that was not the point of these scenes.
The story for this one is simple enough but has several highlights. The bachelorette party angle is a quick way to get a group of women together for a massive porn scene but the addition of the Aphrodite powers and the humor for this scene made it a must watch. I especially mean this when the old lady in a wheelchair enters. The scenes prior to this are fun as well but they are strictly filler for this.
Finally, no blood and gore for this one. Instead, you will find beautiful women and plenty of sleaze. Overall, Babyface 2 is a must for any sleaze or exploitation fan. I highly recommend grabbing this Vinegar Syndrome release.
