A House is Not a Home is the latest feature from DeInstitutionalized LLC. This film was developed by DeInstitutionalized’s co-founders Christopher Ray and Gerald Webb. Shot in Simi Valley, this horror feature will have its World Premiere at the Burbank International Film Festival.

The film focuses on the Williams family: Ben (Webb), Linda (Diahnna Nicole Baxter), Alex and Ashley. Their new house is a paradise until something emerges from its walls at night. A mysterious energy lingers there and an expert in the occult can do little to protect the Williams.

A House is Not a Home will have its World Premiere September 7th, 2013. After the film shows, an after party is scheduled across from the premiere. Fans of horror are encouraged to attend and more details on the World Premiere are below.
