Bio

Dennis Hindmon was born June 17th 1971 in Chicago. The youngest of eight. His parents were born in the deep south of Mississippi and moved to Chicago in the late 1940’s. His father was the first cousin to bluegrass/country singer Lester Flat who teamed up with Earl Scruggs and sang the theme song of the Beverly Hillbillies. Dennis’ father Walter played the banjo and taught his older brothers to play Dennis’ older brothers both play and sing in bands, his five sisters have music in their blood as well, all sing. Dennis plays bass guitar/sings but his real love is acting. By the age of 10 his comedic side was seen by family and friends. School plays and talent shows filled his childhood. In High school Dennis played a “Nutty professor” Jerry Lewis type character which got the attention of many. Dennis also plays sports. He played baseball throughout high school and even in to his 20’s
