SoCal Independent Horror Film Festival In December

Temecula, California, December 11, 2009 — The independent film organization, IDFUN Productions, is hosting an independent horror film festival fundraiser on December 11, 2009 at the Temeku Theater in Temecula, California from 7:00pm to 12:00am called The Independent Grindhouse Double-Feature supporting indie filmmaking. The event will be screening two feature films, three trailers, one short film, and also have contests, prizes, Q&A’s, and guest speakers. The fundraiser is planned on being held on a monthly basis, and is mean to help raise funds for a short film that the production team wants to create in March.

The Independent Grindhouse Double-Feature will be screening the two independently made feature films Reunion of Terror, directed by Michael Hoffman, and Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead, directed by Lloyd Kaufman. Hoffman will be coming to the film festival along with some of the cast and crew to do a Q&A at the event, and will be bringing a lot of various b-movie actors, actresses, directors, etc. General Admission is $10 but you can purchase an online ticket in November for $8.
