Porkchop Premiere

Porkchop to premiere Saturday at The Warner Theatre

Actress Erin Russ is terrorized by a pig-faced killer in director Eamon Hardiman’s film “Porkchop.” The film was shot in various southern West Virginia locations, but will not mention them in the narrative.

Saturday night, a man wearing a pig mask will stalk the woods hunting teens as they try to run away from this human monstrosity.

This man is Porkchop, whose creation was inspired by a scene from the film “Motel Hell.” He is unrelenting and will murder everyone he comes across in as gruesome a way as he can.

A horror film written and directed by Eamon Hardiman, “Porkchop” will premiere in Morgantown Saturday.

“I think the movie turned out pretty great, especially when you consider what we were up against,” Hardiman said, the director behind other pictures like “Catholic Ghoulgirls” and “Vampire Whores from Outer Space.”

“We had practically no budget at all, amateur level equipment, no assistance from the state, and we still created a complete 90-minute feature film that I think is pretty entertaining to watch,” Hardiman said.
