There is another busy weekend at the Portage Theater coming up. Once again we will be treated to a classic monster movie show from Time Tunnel Toys. Big John and the crew will be bringing you classic Universal Monster Films to the big screen again. The lineup for this next show proves to be a good one with 4 great classic films, a great lobby full of vendors with classic toys, comics, movies, poster, and much more. Check out the full lineup of films below, and I think you will be able to catch another round of Vamphoppers on the big screen this weekend as well. So much good stuff and so little time for it all.
I think its vital for horror fans to check out some of these classic films and see what many of the big name horror directors were influenced by when they were just kids. Not only do they bring back great memories of yester-year for the older fans, but they provide new memories for the younger ones as well. One thing I personally think is lacking in the horror genre is good monster films. I think its a great idea to see what old time directors and companies were putting on the big screen to get ideas for new monsters now!
