Horror Ticket Sales Heading into Halloween Weekend

Remember the good old days when October was THEE month to flood movie theaters in hopes of seeing all the big budget horror films? While that isn’t the case in 2022, it’s great to see a sleeper hit emerging and independent ventures bringing the blood.

Friday numbers haven’t returned yet, so here’s how horror is doing at the box office right before heading into Halloween weekend. It will certainly be interesting to see if any of the titles listed below see a big boost. Can Terrifier 2 cross 6 million by Sunday? Only time will tell!
