Laurel Kornfeld

Bio

Laurel lives in Highland Park, NJ, and has been acting since childhood. Her experience includes musical theater, straight plays, Renaissance fairs, and film work, the latter mostly in horror. She describes herself as a proud non-conformist, a free-spirit, and eternally young. Laurel is also a freelance writer and a staunch advocate for Pluto’s planet status. She has run “Laurel’s Pluto Blog” since 2006; her online activities have earned her the nickname “Plutogirl.” As an ongoing gag, she tries to get mention of Pluto into as many of her films as possible, most recently playing the Pluto Lady in “Mary Horror” and its sequel “Sheriff Tom vs. The Zombies.”
